How an engagement runs
Four stages. The first is short, and it ends in a decision that is yours to make.
Scoping
A few days spent inside your systems rather than in meetings: what exists, what is stuck, what can move. You come out of it with an architecture, a quote and a schedule — and no obligation to go any further.
First release
We deliver the piece that gives the most and depends the least on the rest, and we put it into production. You judge on something that runs, not on a mock-up.
Increments
The rest moves in successive deliveries, each one deployed and used. The scope adjusts to what you see working, rather than to what was imagined at the start.
Operations
Supervision, alerting, verified backups, fixes and version upgrades. Or a handover to your teams, documentation and procedures included, if you would rather hold the wheel yourself.

The code is yours
Delivered in your repository, documented, with its deployment procedures. Nothing running on your side depends on our being there.
Two people per engagement
Never a single person holding all of it. It is the constraint we put on ourselves so that someone leaving stays a piece of news rather than an incident.
Everything is automated
Installation, deployment, backups, supervision. What is done by hand once is done by hand always — and ends up not being done at all.
No lock-in
Open or standard building blocks wherever possible, and a documented way out: you can take operations back or hand them to someone else.
A platform, not isolated projects
We do not start from a blank page for every client. Authentication and LDAP directory, second factor, multi-tenant separation, audit log, WhatsApp and Telegram delivery, payments, documentation: these blocks exist, they already run elsewhere, and they arrive proven.
What is specific to you — your business rules, your screens, your flows — grafts onto them as a module. That is what lets a team our size deliver enterprise systems on timelines a large organisation could not hold, and then maintain them without the cost drifting.
